A conditioning refresher that adds moisture and hydration to locs of all stages. Infused with Aloe Vera and Rose Water for ultimate gloss and hydration. Key Ingredients: Aloe Vera Juice - Conditions the hair, repairs dead cells on the scalp, leaves hair smooth and shiny.

Rose Flower Water - contains vitamin A, C, D, E, and B3, all of which strengthen the hair. It's also loaded with antioxidants which combat aging of the scalp and follicle cells and reduce hair loss.

Horsetail Extract - Helps stimulate growth, reduce dandruff and strengthens the hair.

Never Received My Order

I sent several emails within one minute of my order and no one has responded. I inadvertently had my old address on the order. I emailed customer service three times asking that my address b corrected. I was unable to find a number for your company on your website.

Order Never Fulfilled/No Response

I placed an order on 8 July 2024. I received a shipment notification/tracking number on 23 July 2024. Unfortunately, the package was damaged while in transit, and UPS returned it to the original sender (Naetorious Locs) which arrived to them on 1 August 2024. I never received my order. I have reached out via the customer service email provided and have yet to receive a response. Initially, I inquired about a replacement, but at this point a refund needs to be processed. On top of leaving this review today, 21 August 2024, I have also sent a third email regarding my order. I've sent an email once a week for the past three weeks. I will continue to reach out once a week until the issue can be resolved. I was stationed overseas as a military member and it was difficult getting these hair products shipped in a timely manner, so that I wouldn't run out. Due to the delays, I had to switch to products that I could obtain locally. I recently arrived back stateside and was excited to get my hands on these products once again thinking it would be easier, but I thought wrong. The products are great and I loved using them, but unfortunately the recent issue and what seems to be a lack of customer service is causing me to look for products elsewhere. I know there were issues outside of the owner's control in the past with this business, hopefully that is not the case again and I wish nothing but the best for it, but I will be moving on. Thank you.
