I ordered $120 worth of products and when I received my order, the top on the leave-in conditioner had broken and the product had spilled into the shipping box. I have tried unsuccessfully for two-weeks to reach someone at Naetorious. I have not yet tried the products, but the poor customer service has made me a one-time customer.

No response to email

This is not about the products.
Emails were sent to your 'contact us' address to cancel this order because another bundle or package that fit my need was placed. No reponse.
Both orders were shipped .
Not responding to customer's emails is unprofessional.
I sent another email after I received both packages, still no response.
I felt I was ignored.
