This company purposely sent me a damaged product and the contents in the bottle spilled out in the packaging. I tried contacting them many times via email and they have not responded. Terrible customer service. How do you expect me to refer you to other customers or give you a good review when you’re not even trying to resolve my issue. I wish I can give them ZERO stars.

Opened bottle

I received my order this past week and one of my Revitalizing Loc Elixir bottles was completely emptied. It looks as though the bottle opened during shipment. I sent an email on 2/1 along with photos but haven’t heard from anyone regarding this issue. I love your products and definitely would like to continue ordering. Look forward to hearing from someone soon.
