Slick n Smooth Loc Pomade

I ordered the pomade hoping it would work well. I’ve used other products and had great results. Unfortunately, the pomade didn’t work, it didn’t slick down my edges very well, after an hour they were curling up and after 3 hours the pomade was flaking. I tried a 2nd day to ensure I didn’t apply too much and got the same results. So I emailed 3 times over 3 weeks to request details on how to return for a refund and never got any response. I’ve been ordering from Naetorious for a few years but this would’ve been my first return. The fact that no one has ever responded is troubling (yes I checked my spam folder and nada). I’ll be looking for another vender to get the foam loc lotion from because I don’t want to support anyone that doesn’t respect their customers.

Ok, so I’ve been a loyal customer of NL, since 2020! I usually purchase the loc foaming mouse and edge control. Usually my order arrives within 2-wks after ordering, but lately it’s been longer! I made an order on 5/31/2024 and didn’t receive the product until 7/1/2024. I had to make a complaint through Paypal to get an update. As usual, when the package arrived it was packed nice and pretty, but I’m not sure what took so long, and why I didn’t receive a reply from customer service? Anyway, I love the products from NL and they have the best mouse for sisterlocs! 🙂

I ordered a package on 18 January 2024, it was shipped on 22, January 24. 3 February 2023 I contacted the seller to request an update on my shipment and as of today 11 February I have not received my product nor did I receive a response from the seller. I will not order from this company again.

I placed my order in September of 2023 it is now December 2023 and I still don't have my order.
